Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Prime Axis Billing Services LLC ("Prime Axis," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Description of Services
Prime Axis provides medical billing, medical coding, credentialing, denial management, accounts receivable recovery, revenue cycle consulting, patient billing support, virtual medical assistant services, compliance and audit support, and analytics and reporting services to healthcare practices. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate signed services agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate, timely documentation and information needed to perform billing and coding services
- Maintaining valid provider enrollment and licensure information
- Reviewing and approving reports, claims, or appeals as required by the engagement
Payment Terms
Fees for services are set out in your services agreement and may be structured as a percentage of collections, flat monthly fee, or custom enterprise pricing. Specific rates, invoicing schedules, and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before services begin.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and patient information exchanged during the engagement, consistent with applicable law and any Business Associate Agreement in place.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Axis's liability arising from these Terms or any services agreement is limited as set forth in the applicable signed services agreement. This website does not constitute a guarantee of specific financial or billing outcomes.
Termination
Either party may terminate a services engagement in accordance with the notice and termination provisions set out in the applicable signed services agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed services agreement.
